Description:
This is a process where the pulped coffee beans are dried with full mucilage attached, without fermentation. The pulped coffee beans are first dried for three days on raised African in the sun as Honey process. On the fourth day the beans are moved to our shade-drying area and dried there for an additional 16 days.
